Goals and objective
Seniorstyrken is a Swedish concept designed to connect pensioners with opportunities to stay socially engaged, earn extra income, and continue contributing to society. When Seniorstyrken expanded to Denmark, they sought our monthly design subscription services to help develop branding and marketing materials that effectively communicated their mission. Their core objective was to attract retirees, both men and women, looking for flexible work and a sense of community.
Our focus was on highlighting the benefits of staying active in retirement, positioning Seniorstyrken as a bridge between meaningful work and the desire for a fulfilling, social lifestyle. The aim was not just to recruit applicants, but to show retirees that their skills and experience are still highly valued.
Our solution
We worked closely with Seniorstyrken to design a range of targeted marketing materials that showcased the brand’s values—community, contribution, and an enriched life after retirement. The branding emphasized how pensioners can find new purpose, stay connected, and make a meaningful impact by joining Seniorstyrken.
The design direction focused on a friendly, approachable tone, with visuals that reflect the warmth and energy of the active retirement lifestyle. We created print and digital campaigns aimed at recruiting retirees, using messaging that speaks to the social and financial rewards of staying engaged in the workforce. The branding highlighted a supportive community of like-minded individuals who, even in retirement, continue to contribute to society.
Since the launch, we have helped Seniorstyrken attract over 600 applicants to various positions across Denmark. This ongoing collaboration has allowed Seniorstyrken to build a strong presence in the Danish market, connecting them with retirees eager to continue their professional journey while enjoying a vibrant, social lifestyle.
